The Deliberate Day

Each day of your life can be deliberate.

It can be a day where you are fully conscious of what you are doing, and aware of the nature and effects of your actions.

It can be a day where you are unhurried, even if you are moving quickly.

It can be a day where you are engaged with what you are doing in every moment.

The deliberate day begins with a plan, a vision for how it will play out. That plan and vision need not be written down. It might be as simple as a strong feeling and some vague ideas. But it exists in your mind.

The deliberate day will always deviate from the plan.

When it does, the choice to engage with the changes that have to happen consciously is another deliberate choice.

It is when the roadblocks get thrown up that an explicit plan, written down, can really help.

So plan your day now.
